PERSIAN

SIAMESE

Siamese cats are another ancient breed of feline. These have the most wonderful blue eyes and a short, smooth coat, and they are captivatingly vocal when they wish to be. They are native to Thailand (formerly Siam), and it is thought that they were brought to Europe in the 16th Century. They have long been one of the most popular breeds of cats around. RAGDOLL 

The ragdoll cat is a large, semi-longhaired cat with captivating blue eyes. They have a gentle and lovable temperament. The cat is available in four different patterns and an array of colors: seal, blue, chocolate, lilac, flame, cream, cinnamon, etc. It is a newer breed that was discovered in the early 1960’s. It is claimed to have been bred from a mixture of Persian and Birman breeds with white Heinz57-type cats. The ragdoll is gentle, and it can be a great parent. BRITISH SHORTHAIR

The British Shorthair is a stocky, sturdy breed with a secure and playful temperament. This large-boned, broad-chested feline breed will captivate you with its deep, thoughtful eyes. Known as a better and more rounded snout than the jungle of other USA cat breeds, the UK Shorthair provides a round face with full cheeks and a solid, effective jaw collection. The large round eyes – generally copper in hue but vast array in color based on the coat – produce a wonderful expression.

BENGAL CAT

Bred to resemble its Asiatic relatives, the leopard, the Bengal cat, is a unique, mysterious breed. In the 1980s, the breed was created in the United States. Known for their playful, curious, and energetic behavior, it is a popular domesticated breed. Richly colored rosettes contrast on a lighter-colored area, and the cat is bold in disposition.
